WEBSITE RETURN POLICY

Return Window: Customers must initiate the return process within 4 working days of receiving their order.
Eligibility: Returns may only be accepted for unworn, unaltered jewellery in its original packaging with tags intact.
Proof Required: Customers should provide proof of purchase (such as an invoice) and, in some cases, unboxing videos or photographs to support claims of damage or incorrect items.

Refund/Exchange: Subject to verification, a refund (often processed to the original payment method) or exchange/replacement may be offered.
Refund process will start when product is received to seller.
Refund amount will reflect in account within approximately 7 working days 
Exclusions: Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., nose pins for hygiene reasons, clearance items, custom pieces).

Return Process: Customers may need to notify the store via email or a provided return portal, receive authorization, and ship the item(s) back at their own expense unless the error is on the part of the store.
Order acceptence 
COD is not acceptable 
Only prepaid orders are acceptable 
Order wil not be cancelled once order is dispatched 
Working Days Definition: Only Monday to Friday count as "working days"; public holidays are not included
